Abstract
Noise affects everyone, yet this problem is largely ignored by most people. Noise pollution affects everyone, yet this problem is largely ignored by most people. Audible sound when a person is perceived as noise, set the sociological research. Set binding sound pressure values air (R‘w (dB)) and impact (L‘n,w (dB)) which are different in European countries. Rise in the lightweight design built blocks of flats in Lithuania, it was important to know how people view their home acoustic comfort. The subjective analysis by questionnaire of people, show the sound is the most critical for annoyance. The new standards [5, 6] for rating of airborne and impact sound insulation open up the possibility to apply spectrum adaptation terms for an extended frequency range by adding the relevant C-corrections.
