Abstract

The objective was to analyze the work environment on nurses’ professional motivation. Nurses’ professional motivation is an urgent problem not only in medicine. One of the factors that influence nurses’ work motivation is the work environment. The article presents the results of a survey of nurses’ professional motivation analysis. 76 percent argues that the totality of biological and chemical agents – a set of physical factors in the working environment to be assessed as the lowering of professional motivation. Dissatisfied with the social – psychological needs of careers should also not affect motivation. 86 percent of nurses are unsatisfied about salary and future perspectives. Public health, working capacity, problems of disability depends on the quality of nurses’ work and it has affected the social, the economic development of the country and running successful health care reform.
