Abstract
In recent decades, are broadly carried out a lot of scientific studies in which have made attempts to determine what causes the criminal behaviour, and what is required in order to reduce the crime indicators. In the examination of this question, a strong focus is made on the analysis of the crime prediction of criminogenicrisk factors and re-socialization of offenders. These factors determine the problematic areas of life that is associated with the criminal behaviour.In the article is analyzed the possibilities of the social mal-adaptation and re-socialization for the mentally disordered persons(forensic psychiatric patients). In the article are represented the empirical research data and identified the factors that influenceon the mal-adaptation of the mentally disordered persons. In addition are described the main measures which could help peoplein the mentioned re-socialization and successful integration into society. This work is new and significant because that allows to not only evaluate the mentally disordered persons‘ subjective view of re-socialization, but also to identify the social determinantsof the mal-adaptation during the treatment period in the psychiatric in-ward.
