Abstract

Systemic lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune disease,which affects a wide spectrum of organs and their systems. Thespread of this disease has increased in the last year to affecting25/10000 residents. In both it is early and advanced stages, thedisease’s most common symptoms are neurological (CNS andPNS). In this study, the results of two clinical cases are presented.The first patient complained of only neurological symptoms,whilst the second patient presented with urinary incontinence andmovement disorders. After examining the two patients, they wereboth diagnosed as Systemic lupus erythematosus with varyingcomplications. Systemic lupus erythematosus is diagnosed veryaccurately by making specific ANA & anti DNR tests.
