Abstract
The article aims to review the health care system managementtheories. At that purpose analyzing the some common managementtheorists theory used in the health sector and related to emergencymanagement. Analyzing the professional bureaucracy, contingencymanagement, evidence-based management, total quality managementand system theories essential elements and define theircharacteristics are identified essential components of their operation.The applicability of recent theories of health care institutionsallows management to see the way in which work is organized inthe emergency sector.
