Abstract
Dynamic hip screw is widely used for fixation of trochanteric femur fractures. Using this technique we face variety of intraoperative and postoperative complications. Dynamic hip screw migration is an uncommon complication of these operations. We report a case of intraoperative complication – dynamic hip screw migration into the bladder. Clinical symptoms appeared two years after osteosynthesis.
