Abstract

The aim of the research is to evaluate the impactof psychosocial factors on nurses‘ self-satisfaction.The research was completed in 2016 in stationarypersonal healthcare institutions. The research methodwas survey. The questionnaire includes two otherquestionnaires PSO-100 and WHS. 1182 peopleparticipated in this research. The highest level ofself-dissatisfaction among nurses was noticed whilethe authors analyzed their sleep quality, energy, andhealth assessment. The most often negative psychosocialfactors in the working environment were givingmeaningless tasks, negative glances or/and gestures.Possibly, the more often the nurses experience a negativeimpact of a psychosocial factor, the wors theyassess their self-satisfaction.
