Nasolabial cysts are rare, developmental, non-odontogenic structures that involved only soft tissue. These lesions are usually unilateral. This article ascribes the pathogenesis, main complains, clinical and radiological methods for diagnosis of nasolabial cysts. Differential diagnosis of the lesions and surgical treatment approaches also are reviewed. Unusual case report of bilateral nasolabial cysts that were diagnosed in 59 years old women is presented.
