Abstract
Objective. Analysis of Caesarean section (SC) deliveries using M.Robson classification. Methods. We have analysed 3224 obstetric histories of women, who gave birth in at the 2012 year in the Delivery Department of Klaipeda University Hospital. M. Robson Ten Group Classification system was used in research. Results. In 2012 in the Delivery Department of Klaipeda University Hospital a total of 887 women had a SC birth and overall SC rate was 27.5 per cent. 64.7 per cent of the women were from group 1 and 3. SC rate of these groups accounted for 5,1 per cent of the total SC rate. 16,5 per cent of the women were from group 2 and 4. SC rate of these group accounted for 8.2 per cent of the total SC rate. The largest SC per cent part – 8,2 per cent was noticed in group 5. Conclusion. The largest parts of SC rate using the M. Robson classification were established in groups 5, 2 and 1.
