Abstract

According to Lithuanian and foreign scientists work, of theoretical analysis the concept of human resources, management process, policy, strategy and the concept of entrepreneurship. Discussing the health institutions, human resources supply and demand aspects of planning, emphasis on their impact on the provision of health care services, and entrepreneurship. The investigation, found that health care institutions and entrepreneurship can be associated with human resources, because health care institutions and workers most important work is the promotion of material, which affects the quality of work and results. Health care enterprises and demonstrates that the employees responded positively about their own leadership, which they believe is a flexible, constantly dogged mood and purpose, the staff proposal.
